Are you open during Covid-19?

We are actively performing full services and taking additional precautions to protect our customers. Our team is taking proactive steps to keep you safe during the COVID-19 outbreak.

What precautions are you taking during Covid-19?

Masks are required at all times! We take daily temperature checks and enforce social distancing as much as possible.

Do I need to move anything before you paint?

Please move all small items and furniture to the center of the room before our team arrives.

Do you have references?

Yes, references are always available upon request.

What should I expect during the consultation?

A typical consultation takes about 30 minutes or less to complete. We will walk the project with you to gather all the information necessary to prepare your estimate.

Do you have offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 3 year warranty on our work.

How will I receive the estimate (quote)?

We will prepare a detailed estimate outlining the services that will be performed. It will be sent to your inbox within 2 business days.

What if I need help choosing colors?

We have an extensive selection of resources to will help you pick the right colors.

What kind of paint do you use?

We only use high quality paints from most major brands like Dunn Edwards, Sherwin Williams, Behr, Benjamin Moore, etc.

When I get different quotes from several companies, they are never the same. Why is there such a price difference?

The cost of a job is determined by the level of thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality desired. The majority of the cost of painting is in the surface preparation and labor involved in the application of the paint.

Will I need a deposit to begin?

No, we don't require a deposit from most small to medium size jobs. Large jobs will require at least a 10% deposit or more.

How will you protect my furniture and belongings from paint drops and over-spray?

We always cover all flooring, furniture, belongings with drop cloths, paper, or plastic.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We provide contactless payments like credit/debit cards or PayPal. We accept checks and cash.

Do you charge per hour?

No, we believe in providing flat prices on our quotes.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are covered with a general liability insurance policy. You are in safe hands.

Can you give me a quote over the phone?

The reason we don't provide quotes over the phone is because we want to give you the most accurate price. Every home is unique, we need to be able to see your project so you can receive the best advice.

 How long will my painting project take to complete?

Each painting project is unique. We will discuss with you the estimated start date and completion date of your project before work gets started.

How soon can you start a painting project?

Our painters can begin work within 2 weeks or sooner, depending on the schedule and job size.

Do you offer other services besides painting?

In addition to painting, we provide a variety of other skills and services.

How do I know you are licensed?

Our state contractor license number is #1021518. You can check our active status by going to the CSLB website: https://www.cslb.ca.gov/onlineservices/checklicenseII/checklicense.aspx

Do you charge for estimates?

We never charge for any estimates or bids.
